About the hall
A fantastic concert hall, The Cosmo Rodewald Concert Hall is used throughout the academic year for Music's extensive series of professional concerts and recitals including the major series given by Quatuor Danel, the University’s new international String-Quartet-In-Residence.
The acoustically-designed auditorium seats an audience of up to 350 people and has a spacious stage area large enough to accommodate a full symphony orchestra.
The hall is named after Cosmo Rodewald in recognition of his considerable generosity to the University over many years, particularly with regard to these new developments for Music.
